How card acceptance works
For USD, EUR and CAD you pass provider instead of payment_option. With a provider the customer goes straight to it; without one — to our selection page that lists only the methods available to them. The second option needs no selection screen on your side.
The current provider list comes from GET /payment-method/available — take it from there instead of hard-coding: the set changes.
Good to know
- The payer's country is detected by IP. A provider that does not serve the country will decline: PayPal and Robinhood are US-only. For other countries use cards or global providers — or let the customer choose.
- On the first payment the provider may ask for a quick verification (about 2 minutes). The card must support 3-D Secure.
- In the UK some providers apply a 24-hour "cooling-off period" on the first purchase; Revolut does not.
- Payments are final — no chargebacks.
Who it is for
Projects with international traffic from Europe, the US and Canada: casinos, betting, gaming and subscription services, crypto projects. Merchants from any country, including Asia.
How to get started
- Sign up. Create a merchant account and message us on Telegram @crocopay: niche, geos, expected volume and traffic type.
- Cash desk. We enable the currencies and methods you need; you create a cash desk and get your
Client-Id/Client-Secret. - Integration. H2H API (show payment details on your side) or a redirect to our hosted payment page — no front end needed.
- Test and launch. Check webhooks on test payments and open your traffic.
- Settlement. Balance payouts in USDT (TRC-20 / BEP-20 / Bybit UID), T+0.

Are there chargebacks?
No, payments are final.
Why did PayPal decline a customer from Europe?
PayPal and Robinhood serve US payers only. For Europe use cards, Revolut or global providers.
What is the minimum amount?
From $2 for cards in the US and EU; $5 to $30 for other providers; CA$100 for Interac. Minimums change — current values are in the API.
Does the customer need verification?
On the first payment the provider may ask for a short verification — about 2 minutes.
Can I accept cards from Asia and Latin America?
Yes, via global providers working in 100+ countries. Best to omit provider so the customer sees what is available to them.
